Clarification regarding Clause 3.3.6 of the Regasification Code
OLT Offshore LNG Toscana, with regards to Clause 3.3.6 of the Regasification Code, clarifies that, in case a User is awarded regasification capacity pursuant to Clauses 2.1.9.1 and 2.1.9.2 of the Regasification Code, for the purpose of the charge variance calculation, the volume of LNG scheduled for the Delivery Slot will be deem to be equal to the quantity of LNG expected to be Unloaded (expressed in liqm3 and MWh) communicated by the User by the second Business Day subsequent the date in which the regasification capacity is allocated or, if not communicated within such deadline, equal to the regasification capacity awarded in the allocation processes here above specified.
