Specification on Wobbe Index during Peak Shaving Service
Given that Regasification and Peak Shaving Services are simultaneously offered, the LNG discharged by the Users might be subject to a prolonged storage. For this reason, in order to avoid that LNG will be out Off-Spec LNG at the end of the Peak Shaving Service, OLT Offshore LNG Toscana informs that the Wobbe Index of the LNG discharged at the Terminal in December 2018 shall be not higher than 14.60 kWh/Scm, whilst in January 2019 and February 2019 shall be not higher than 14.65 kWh/Scm.
