Clarification on the purchase option to be exercised by March 31st 2019, with relation to the Peak Shaving Procedure 2018/2019
OLT Offshore LNG Toscana informs that, notwithstanding what already provided by the Peak Shaving Procedure 2018/2019, the purchase option that OLT may exercise by March 31st 2019 will be priced at the System Average Price, referring to the Month of April 2019.
Due to such amendment, the conclusion of the Peak Shaving Procedure will be postponed to hr.10:30 CET, October 23rd , 2018.
