OLT publishes the Regasification Code approved by ARERA with Resolution 190/2021/R/gas
OLT Offshore LNG Toscana S.p.A. informs that, with Resolution 190/2021/R/gas of 11th May 2021, the Italian Regulatory Authority for Energy, Networks and Environment (ARERA) approved the Regasification Code that the company made in consultation on 24th February 2021.
One of the key changes introduced regards the introduction of Small Scale service, flexibility services referred to in Article 12 of the TIRG as well as modification introduced following the approval by the ARERA of Resolution 576/2020/R/gas.
