The consultation to amend the Regasification Code which will introduce the Virtual Liquefaction service was launched
OLT Offshore LNG Toscana announces that the proposal to amend the Regasification Code, that introduces the Virtual Liquefaction service, is now available in the business area of OLT’s website.
The main changes concern the introduction of the Virtual Liquefaction service as provided for in Article 12 of the TIRG (Integrated text of the provisions on guarantees of free access to the regasification service of liquefied natural gas) as amended by Resolution 190/2021/R/gas.
This service will allow the users to deliver gas to the regasification company at the PSV and receive an equivalent volume of LNG into the storage of the Terminal.
All interested parties will be able to submit their comments by August 27th, 2021.
