Tariffs
On February 18th, 2020 with Resolution 43/2020/R/Gas, the Italian Regulatory Authority for Energy Networks and Environment (Autorità di Regolazione per Energia Reti e Ambiente, ARERA) approved the tariff proposal for the Regasification Service of the Terminal OLT Offshore LNG Toscana S.p.A. for 2020.
Pursuant to Resolution 43/2020/R/Gas, OLT hereby specifies that:
- Fee related to the Emission Trading System costs CETS will be applied from October 1st, 2020.
- Percentage share to cover the consumption and losses QCP remains 1.2% until September 30th, 2020. The new CP rate of 0.6% will be applied starting from October 1st,2020.

On December 20th, 2018 with resolution 695/2018/R/Gas, the Italian Regulatory Authority for Energy, Networks and Environment (Autorità di Regolazione per Energia Reti e Ambiente, ARERA) approved the tariff proposal for the Regasification Service of the Terminal OLT Offshore LNG Toscana S.p.A. for 2019.
