    Pursuant to Clause 2.1.5.2 of the Access Code, OLT Offshore LNG Toscana S.p.A. herein below publishes the regasification capacity available for the multi-year allocation from Gas Year 2019/2020 to Gas Year 2023/2024.

    In this section are available the documents related to the multi-year allocation, including the application form for the Access Request to the regasification capacity of the Terminal FSRU Toscana that, notwithstanding the provisions of Clause 2.1.5.2, shall be submitted to OLT Offshore LNG Toscana S.p.A. within and not later than July 1st, 2017.

    Pursuant to the Clause 2.1.5.3 of the Access Code, OLT Offshore LNG Toscana S.p.A. publishes herein below the regasification capacity available for the Annual Allocation related to the Gas Year 2017/2018.
    In this section are available the documents related to the annual allocation including the application form for the Access Request to the regasification capacity of the Terminal FSRU Toscana that, notwithstanding the provisions of Clause 2.1.5.3, shall be submitted to OLT Offshore LNG Toscana S.p.A. within and not later than July 1st, 2017.

  • 3. Annual Slot Transfer

    Allocation of Delivery Slots during the Gas Year pursuant to Clause 2.1.9 of the Access Code

    Pursuant to Clause 2.1.9 of the Access Code, OLT Offshore LNG Toscana S.p.A. (“OLT”) publishes the regasification capacity available for the Allocation of Delivery Slot during the Gas Year starting from the month of October 2017 until the end of the Gas Year 2016/2017:

    The Access Request for Delivery Slots must be in compliance with the Access Request Form here below attached and received within and not later than August 16th 2017 as defined by Clause 3.3.1.6(c) of the Access Code.

    If the Access Request is sent by fax, the original one must be sent to OLT as soon as possible. Pursuant to Clause 3.3.1.6(d) by August 18th 2017 OLT will proceed with the allocation of Delivery Slots in accordance with the requests received.

    In case two or more requests concerning the same Delivery Slot are received, the Delivery Slot will be allocated on the basis of the priorities rules set out in Clause 2.1.9 of the Access Code.

    OLT Offshore LNG Toscana informs that if, pursuant to the current regasification capacity procedure, the regasification capacity will be allocated, the redelivery profile communicated by the Operator pursuant to Clause 3.4.1.6 of the Regasification Code will indicatively be equal to the maximum Terminal send-out rate, i.e. 15 MScm/day, from 27/02/2018 al 02/03/2018, whilst the today send-out will indicatively be equal to 10 MScm. Such redelivery profile might be further modified pursuant to Clause 3.4.1.6 of the Regasification Code.

    OLT Offshore LNG Toscana informs the extension of the availability for the slot n. 18, 07/03/2018 at the same conditions, manner and allocation criteria already published here below.

    The applicants shall send the Access Request form listed below from hr. 15:00 CET on 24/02/2018 and to hr. 11:00 CET on 26/02/2018.

    The SLOT contract and the relevant credit requirements, including Peak Shaving Credit Support pursuant to Clause 3.1.1.5 of the Regasification Code, must be submitted by the successful applicant within and not later than hr. 12:00 CET on 26/02/2018. OLT Offshore LNG Toscana informs that, by way of derogation of the Regasification Code currently in force, as an alternative to the required credit support currently provided by the Regasification Code, the successful applicant may execute a cash deposit for the relevant amounts.

    Due to technical verification, and in addition to the allocation criteria listed here below, OLT Offshore LNG Toscana informs that the first available data to perform the discharge is March 04th 2018.

    Following the declaration of the state of early warning by the Ministry of Economic Development, OLT Offshore LNG Toscana informs that, by way of derogation of the Regasification Code currently in force, the slot n. 18, 07/03/2018 is again available for allocation. The relevant arrival window might be anticipated according with Terminal technical requirements.

    The applicants shall send the Access Request form listed below from 15:00 CET on 23/02/2018 and to 19:00 CET on 23/02/2018.

    The allocation will be awarded under the following priority order:

    • to the applicant who has first the cargo available, in compliance with Terminal technical requirements;
    • in case of the same cargo availability, to the applicant who has requested the greater capacity;
    • in case of the same cargo availability and capacity requested, to the applicant who has first sent the Access Request;
    • in case of all the previous criteria are the same, by drawing.

    Following the activation of the Italian Emergency Plan by the Ministry of Economic Development, OLT Offshore LNG Toscana makes known that, by way of derogation of the Regasification Code currently in force, the slot n. 9, 21/12/2017 is again available for allocation. The applicants will be able to send the Access Request form listed below from 18:00 CET on 12/12/2017 and the allocation will be awarded under the following priority order:

    1. To the applicant who has first sent the Access Request;
    2. In case of contemporary requests, to the applicant who has requested the greater capacity;
    3. In case of contemporary requests and same capacity, by drawing;

    The date of the 21/12/2017 is intended as the last date available to receive the LNG carrier. The Access Request forms must be sent or by fax to the number + 390586210922 or by mail to commercial@oltoffshore.it.

    The SLOT contract and the relevant credit requirements must be submitted by the successful applicant within and not later than December 15th, 2017.
