Organization and Management Model

OLT Offshore LNG Toscana, in accordance with its company policy concerning the legality and ethics of the commercial relations as the relationship with its employees and collaborators, decided to implement a specific management model to prevent any unfair behaviour while carrying out its business activities and to give reliance to all its stakeholders (partners, employees, customers, Public Administration, Judicial Authority). This system has the aim of reducing the risk of committing the offenses contemplated by Italian Legislative Decree 231/2001. This Decree establishes that the organization holds the administrative responsibility for the violations committed in the interest of the company by the Managing Directors, Managers and/or Employees.

The Legislative Decree n.231/2001 was modified considering the whistleblowing discipline, which guarantees the protection of people reporting an infringement of the “231 system”, adopted by Companies pursuant to the abovementioned Decree. The aim of the law is to protect employees and collaborators who may become aware of unlawful conducts or violations related to the Code of Ethics or to the Organization and Management Model adopted by the Company in accordance with the L.D. 231/2001 and decide to report these violations.

According to this law, whoever decides to make a report has to be protected from possible retaliation or discriminations and the confidentiality of the identity of the reporting person has to be guaranteed.

For this reason, OLT Offshore LNG Toscana S.p.A., in compliance with such rules, created the following channels to make a report, by postal mail or e-mail:
