  • 1. Multiyear capacity allocation

    Pursuant to article 4 of Resolution 272/2013/R/GAS and notwithstanding Clause 2.1.5.2 of the Access Code, OLT Offshore LNG Toscana S.p.A. herein below publishes the applicative Procedure for the first multi-year allocation of regasification capacity as approved by the Italian Regulatory Authority for Electricity Gas and Water with the Resolution 151/2015/R/GAS. The Procedure rules the multi-year allocation from Gas Year 2016/2017 to Gas Year 2020/2021.

    In this section are available the documents related to the Procedure and the application form for the Access Request to the regasification capacity of the Terminal FSRU Toscana that shall be submitted to OLT Offshore LNG Toscana S.p.A. within and not later than 17:00 CET on July 14th 2015.

    Pursuant to the Clause 2.1.5.2 of the Access Code, OLT Offshore LNG Toscana S.p.A. publishes herein below the applicative Procedure for the annual allocation of the regasification capacity related to the Gas Year 2015/2016.

    In this section are available the documents related to the allocation procedure and the application form for the Access Request to the regasification capacity of the Terminal FSRU Toscana.

    Moreover, OLT publishes the regasification capacity available for the allocation period.

  • 3. Annual slot transfer

    Allocation of Delivery Slots during the Gas Year in accordance with Article 2.1.9 of the Access Code

    Pursuant to the provisions of Article 2.1.9 of the Access Code, OLT Offshore LNG Toscana S.p.A. (“OLT”) publishes the available regasification capacity to be allocated in Delivery Slots for the Gas Year already commenced starting from the month of October 2015 until the end of the Gas Year 2015/2016:

    The Access Request for Delivery Slots must be in compliance with the Access Request Form here below attached and received within and not later than 14th August 2015 as defined in Article 3.3.1.6(c) of the Access Code.

    If the Access Request is sent by fax, the original one must be sent to OLT as soon as possible. Pursuant to Clause 3.3.1.6(d) by August 19th 2015 OLT will proceed with the allocation of Delivery Slots in accordance with the requests received.

    In case two or more requests concerning the same Delivery Slot are received, the Delivery Slot will be allocated on the basis of the priorities rules set out in Clause 2.1.9 of the Access Code.

    Within August 11th 2016, OLT will proceed with the allocation of Available and/or Released Slots in accordance with the requests received. In case two or more requests concerning the same Delivery Slot have been received, the Delivery Slot will be allocated on the basis of the priorities rules set out in Clause 2.1.9 of the Access Code.

    In relation to the Delivery Slots allocated, OLT will apply the regasification tariff such as approved by AEEGSI.
