Capacity allocation for the current Gas Year
Publication of an update of the calendar for the capacity allocation for the current gas year
OLT publishes an update of the calendar for the capacity allocation of the current gas year (Clauses 2.1.8.2 and 2.1.9 of the Regasification Code) for gas year 2021/2022. In particular, starting from January 2022 the allocation procedures will be held as reported below:
- Monthly auction 1st Working Day of the month;
- Spot auction 2nd Working Day of the month;
- Fist Come First Served (FCFS) allocation starting from the 3rd Working Day of the month.
With reference to the deadline for submitting the financial guarantees in order to participate in the First Come First Served allocation, the applicant should send adequate financial guarantees by 12:00 CET on the Working Day on which he intends to submit an offer, swift is also allowed. The presentation of the offer will be then allowed from 15:00 CET on the same day.
The terms of clause 3.2.3.2 of the Regasification Code are anticipated accordingly, without prejudice to the provisions of Article 14 of the TIRG which apply to continuous capacity users.

1. Available capacity products

Pursuant to Clause 2.1.8.1 of the Regasification Code OLT publishes here after the capacity products offered from October 2021 up to the end of the Gas Year:
- Product n.1, consisting of 12 Delivery Slots, from October 2021 to September 2022, as follows;
- Product n. 2, consisting of 10 Delivery Slots, from October 2021 to September 2022, as follows;
- Product n. 3, consisting of 05 Delivery Slots, from October 2021 to September 2022, as follows.
Each Applicant who meets the Service Conditions under Clause 2.1.1 of the Regasification Code shall:
- sign a Capacity Agreement pursuant to Clause 2.1.10 of the Regasification Code;
- provide adequate financial guarantees pursuant to Clause 3.1.1.2 of the Regasification Code;
by hr. 12:00 CET, August 30th, 2021. The offers can be presented through the PAR, on September 1st, 2021 from 09:00 CET to 17:30 CET.
Pursuant to Clause 2.1.8.1 of the Regasification Code the planning of Discharge Slots for capacity products will be carried out through PAR on September 3rd, 2021 from 09:30 CET to 12:00 CET.
September 27th, 2021
Pursuant to Clause 2.1.8.1 of the Regasification Code OLT publishes here after the capacity products offered from November 2021 up to the end of the Gas Year:
- Product n.1, consisting of 11 Delivery Slots, from November 2021 to September 2022, as follows;
- Product n. 2, consisting of 09 Delivery Slots, from November 2021 to September 2022, as follows;
- Product n. 3, consisting of 04 Delivery Slots, from November 2021 to September 2022, as follows.
Each Applicant who meets the Service Conditions under Clause 2.1.1 of the Regasification Code shall:
- sign a Capacity Agreement pursuant to Clause 2.1.10 of the Regasification Code;
- provide adequate financial guarantees pursuant to Clause 3.1.1.2 of the Regasification Code;
by hr. 12:00 CET, September 29th, 2021. The offers can be presented through the PAR, on October 1st, 2021 from 09:00 CET to 17:30 CET.
Pursuant to Clause 2.1.8.1 of the Regasification Code the planning of Discharge Slots for capacity products will be carried out through PAR on October 4th, 2021 from 09:30 CET to 12:00 CET.
October 26th, 2021
Pursuant to Clause 2.1.8.1 of the Regasification Code OLT publishes here after the capacity products offered from December 2021 up to the end of the Gas Year:
- Product n.1, consisting of 10 Delivery Slots, from December 2021 to September 2022, as follows;
- Product n. 2, consisting of 08 Delivery Slots, from December 2021 to September 2022, as follows;
- Product n. 3, consisting of 04 Delivery Slots, from December 2021 to September 2022, as follows.
Each Applicant who meets the Service Conditions under Clause 2.1.1 of the Regasification Code shall:
- sign a Capacity Agreement pursuant to Clause 2.1.10 of the Regasification Code;
- provide adequate financial guarantees pursuant to Clause 3.1.1.2 of the Regasification Code;
by hr. 12:00 CET, October 28th, 2021. The offers can be presented through the PAR, on November 2nd, 2021 from 09:00 CET to 17:30 CET.

- Product n.1, consisting of 09 Delivery Slots, from January 2022 to September 2022, as follows;
- Product n. 2, consisting of 07 Delivery Slots, from January 2022 to September 2022, as follows;
- Product n. 3, consisting of 03 Delivery Slots, from January 2022 to September 2022, as follows.
Each Applicant who meets the Service Conditions under Clause 2.1.1 of the Regasification Code shall:
- sign a Capacity Agreement pursuant to Clause 2.1.10 of the Regasification Code;
- provide adequate financial guarantees pursuant to Clause 3.1.1.2 of the Regasification Code;
by hr. 12:00 CET, November 29th, 2021. The offers can be presented through the PAR, on December 1st 2021 from 09:00 CET to 17:30 CET.

2. Allocation of Delivery Slots during the Gas Year
The User that wants to participate in the allocation of infra-annual capacity shall:
- sign a Capacity Agreement in accordance with the provisions of Clause 2.1.10;
- provide adequate credit requirements in accordance with the provisions of Clause 3.1.1.2;
- be enabled to operate through Platform for the Allocation of Regasification Capacity (PAR).

Allocation of First Come First Served (FCFS) capacity
Pursuant to the provisions of Clauses 2.1.9.2 and 3.2.3.2 of the Regasification Code, OLT publishes the Available Delivery Slots whose Arrival Window is scheduled in the Month of October 2021. The length of First Come First Served (FCFS) auction will be:
- for the Delivery Slot scheduled on 05/10/2021 from 12:00 CET of September 20th, 2021 to 12:00 CET of September 24th, 2021;
- for the Delivery Slot scheduled on 13/10/2021 from 12:00 CET of September 20th, 2021 to 12:00 CET of October 1st, 2021;
- for the Delivery Slot scheduled on 21/10/2021from 12:00 CET of September 20th, 2021 to 12:00 CET of October 11th, 2021;
- for the Delivery Slot scheduled on 29/10/2021from 12:00 CET of September 20th, 2021 to 12:00 CET of October 19th, 2021.

- for the Delivery Slot scheduled on 11/12/2021 from 12:00 CET of November 19th, 2021 to 12:00 CET of December 1st, 2021;
- for the Delivery Slot scheduled on 19/12/2021 from 12:00 CET of November 19th, 2021 to 12:00 CET of December 9th, 2021;
- for the Delivery Slot scheduled on 28/12/2021 from 12:00 CET of November 19th, 2021 to 12:00 CET of December 17th, 2021.

Allocation of First Come First Served (FCFS) capacity
Pursuant to the provisions of Clause 2.1.9.2 of the Regasification Code, OLT publishes the Available Delivery Slots whose Arrival Window is scheduled in the Month of January 2022. The length of First Come First Served (FCFS) auction will be:
- for the Delivery Slot scheduled on 31/01/2022 from 09:00 CET of December 20th, 2021 to 10:00 CET of January 18th, 2022.
The reserve price may be updated from 10:00 CET on December 20th, 2021.
With reference to the deadline for submitting the financial guarantees in order to participate in the FCFS allocation, the applicant should send adequate financial guarantees by 12:00 CET on the Working Day on which he intends to submit an offer, swift is also allowed. The presentation of the offer will be then allowed from 15:00 CET on the same day.

Publication of an update of the calendar for the capacity allocation for the current gas year
Following the update of the Annual Unloading and Loading Schedule, OLT publishes a change to the calendar of the current Gas Year 2021/2022. A further monthly allocation will be held on April 13th, 2022.
Pursuant to Clause 2.1.8.2 of the Regasification Code, the Applicants shall sign the capacity commitments and provide adequate financial guarantees within and not later than 12:00 CET, April 11th, 2022.
The Applicants shall submit their offers through the PAR platform from 9:00 CET to 14:30 CET, April 13th, 2022.
